  • What type of photo can I send?
    They must be photographs where the pet can be seen in detail. I DO NOT do digital retouching. For example, if your pet has an object in its mouth, we do not remove it digitally. Example of a good photograph We will digitally work on the photograph you send us. For example, if your dog is holding a ball in his mouth, he will be drawn that way.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to any city in the United States
  • What size are the prints?
    We primarily work with 8x8", 12x12", 8x10" and 11x14" prints. If you want a print of another size, let us know in the form or you can write to me directly at photography@themakeconsulting.com
  • What type of paper or material is the poster printed on?
    Printing types: Fine Art Paper Beautiful matte paper with a subtle watercolor texture - 200gsm Single Metal Prints. Metal Prints are made using a revolutionary process that infuses your images directly into specially coated metal sheets for color vibrancy, luminescence, and durability that is unparalleled.   • Who designs the posters?
    Each design is created by drawing layers digitally, for unique and original art. This process is not Photoshop filters, just hand-painted digital portraits from your photographs, it is carried out with care and dedication by visual artist Francisco Acuna Franciso Acuna.
  • Do you provide the digital file of the final art?
    The digital file can be purchased if you wish. I maintain the rights to the final art made and I may use said art on my social networks, on my website or to promote my services.
  • Do you only take portraits of dogs and cats?
    We work on any pet or animal that you send us, as long as the photograph is in good resolution.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
